About me:
When I knew that kangaroos were part of Aussie cookery I decided that if I ever went down under I would try it. And when I went to Australia, I ordered kangaroo for lunch one day!
I loved it!!I found it so sweet and so different to anything I had eaten before!! I recommend you to try kangaroo if you see it on any menu.
I have heard that some restaurants in Bacelona offer this dish. You may also find it "yummy".
About you:
What's the most exotic food you have ever tried?
If you have never eaten anything which could be considered as exotic, what's the most disgusting dish you've ever had? Where and why did you have it? How was the experience?
What was it made of? What were the ingredients?

The most exotic food i had ever eaten is a soap of shark, with a taste of cardboard, but I think i didn't through the taste of that exotic dish I had eaten in a chinese restaurant near park valles in terrassa, and the most disgunsting dish i had eaten and I won't eat never more in my live is a sort of lettuce with a very bad taste and with a very unusual portion of potatoes, I eated it in the house of one of my friends,i Don't know what was the ingredients but, rely, i don't want to ask him the ingredientes...
The most exotic food i had never eaten is fry ants. I tried two years ago in seychelles islans,Africa. I found it tasteless, i didn't like a lot. The recipe is very easy: they take the ants and fry it on a special oil of the country.I eaten a lot of disgusting plates in my life, i can't choose one, sorry.
The most exotic food I had ever eaten is meat of crocodile.
I tried it three years ago in China, has a flavor similar to the fish sword and it seemed to me delicious. The worst plate that I have proved they were a few insects, also in China. That for his fault I was with indigestion more than one week. The ingredients of this food are very simple:
meat of crocodile with pepper and raw insects.
The most exotic food I had ever eaten is a fin of shark that I tried in Polynesia islands. The dish was quite tasty and a bit hard but the experience was unforgettable.
The recipe is: shark fins with a vegetable that I had never seen before.
I would like to tell everybody that once, when I travelled to Pokemon's world, I tried some Pikachu's tail. It was a
bit spicy, but after all it was excellent. Ñam! Jumi Pujol.
