For a second time, the speaking mark has been taken from the average marks the students were given by their classmates and the ones given by the teacher (= Co-assessment).

Some low marks reflect the feeling some students had when they noticed that some of their classmates hadn't learnt their stories and, instead of making the effort to learn them and retell them in class, just took out a paper and read them.
